This 55㎡ two-story private house is located on a quiet side street just beyond the lively shopping district.

Walking through the shopping street, you can experience the vibrant atmosphere of Southeast Asia, with its colorful sights, enticing aromas, and lively energy.

You will find plenty of affordable and delicious food, including Vietnamese, sushi, Korean, and Chinese cuisine, as well as many prepared foods and casual restaurants. The neighborhood also has a wide variety of reasonably priced groceries and ingredients, making it an excellent choice for longer stays.


Accommodation

The house has three separate bedrooms, providing comfortable private sleeping spaces for families and groups.

The workspace on the second floor can be used not only for working on a computer, but also as a vanity for getting ready in the morning or as a quiet place to relax in the evening.

A set of toothbrush, face towel, and bath towel is provided for each guest.


【Important Notes】

  • The building is older and the walls are relatively thin, so you may hear the voices of people walking outside.

  • The changing area is separated by a curtain.

  • There is only one air conditioner on the first floor, located in the living room. If the living room door is closed, the temperature in the dining area may differ.

  • The emergency light on the staircase remains on continuously. There is no switch to turn it off.


Other Important Information

  • No smoking: Smoking is prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

  • Garbage: Please separate recyclable items (glass bottles, cans, and plastic bottles) from burnable garbage. Do not leave or dispose of garbage outside the room.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Noise & disturbances: Parties and events are prohibited. Please refrain from making loud noises or disturbing neighbors. If a complaint is received, a fine may be charged and the police may be contacted.

  • No shoes indoors: Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering.

  • Damage: If the room or its furnishings are stained or damaged, you may be charged for repair or cleaning costs.

  • Lost key: A fee of JPY 15,000 will be charged for a lost key.


🛂 Guest Identification

  • Foreign nationals: In accordance with the Hotel Business Act and Private Lodging Business Act of Japan, guests are required to complete the guest registry and present their passport.

  • Japanese nationals: Guests are required to complete the guest registry and present an identification document such as a driver's license.


⏳ Late Check-out

  • If you would like to extend your stay or request a late check-out: Please contact us by the day before your scheduled check-out. Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

  • If you stay beyond the check-out time without prior notice: An additional fee will be charged.
