4-Min Walk to the Station · 9 Min Direct to Shinjuku｜Experience Koenji, a Popular Neighborhood Among Young People!

About the Accommodation

This room is located in a convenient central Tokyo neighborhood where you can enjoy both easy access to the city and a more relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature.

The approximately 13-minute walk from Shin-Koenji Station on the Tokyo Metro to JR Koenji Station takes you through a lively shopping street lined with unique vintage clothing stores, cafés, and general shops. Even a simple stroll through the neighborhood lets you experience the energy and creativity of Japanese youth culture.

The room features large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Despite its compact size, the room feels surprisingly spacious and comfortable—a place where you may find yourself wanting to stay a little longer.

Koenji has a long history, including a tradition of silk production during the Edo period. Inspired by this heritage, we designed the room around the image of silk, hoping to make your stay in Koenji a little more memorable.

💡 The air conditioner filter is cleaned after every guest's stay (approximately 1–3 times per month).
If you have concerns about asthma or allergies, we regularly maintain the air conditioner to keep it clean.
